The end of 2020 is… a time to count our blessings very diligently! Some years fly by. Others seem to need a little help to keep rolling through. But in every year, there are CDs that stand out.
And one of our favorite projects from this year is a bluegrass CD by NEV, a bluegrass band based out of Campbelltown, PA. They play traditional bluegrass, originals, and covers of rock songs.
We had a great time designing this CD, starting with not much more than a list of possible meanings for N.E.V. (Not Ever Vacant? Never Enough Violins? Not Even Verbose? Never Enough Volvos? … Not Elevator Vibes? Nearly Every Variation? Not Ever Vanishing? Never Ever Vexing? Nicely Endearing Vibrations?) They were just a lot of fun and a nice way to end 2020 and look forward to 2021.
