After final approval, normal production turn time is 5 business days. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for UPS Ground delivery.

Do I see a proof?
We’ll send you an electronic proof as your first proof. Upon your initial approval, we produce an actual press sheet and/or production sample of your project. This way you get to see how your project will look. (Electronic proofs are not to be used for exact color proofing and are intended only for positioning and content proofing.)
Can you help me get a barcode?
Yes! We provide UPC barcodes for only $10.
Does duplication change the sound of my master?
We GUARANTEE that your product will be EXACTLY the same as your master! We send a physical proof including a duplicated CD so you can listen for yourself. Need post-production services? We offer professional mastering at very affordable rates.
What is the difference between duplication and replication?
CD replication is the process of making a glass master from a pre-mastered image, creating stampers from the master, then pressing discs with the stamper using injection molding of raw polycarbonate plastic. CD duplication uses pre-molded CD-R’s which have a laser sensitive organic dye layer embedded under the reflective layer. When it is recorded, the laser “burns” the dye so that some parts reflect light and some parts absorb the incoming light. For our CD duplication, we use only the finest premium optical media. When we get done, only a trained eye will be able to tell the difference. No ears will ever be able to tell a sonic difference because there isn’t one.
Is the quality of CD-R Duplication as good as Replicated CDs?
Yes it is! The sound quality of the finished copy will be the same as your master! CD-R technology has rapidly developed into a huge market over the last 4 to 5 years. It has brought CD duplication down to reasonable prices for short run or small quantity jobs. Before CD-R, you had no choice but to do a minimum of usually 1,000 CD’s.
Will Duplicated CD’s play on all CD players?
Here’s the bottom line – no CD, whether it is replicated or duplicated, will play in every player or computer. The latest information we have been able to gather: a duplicated CD-R will play in 98% of players and computers.
How do I pay for my order?
We require a 50% deposit or full payment before we begin manufacturing. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, cashier’s checks, money orders, and personal checks and cash (personal checks will delay manufacturing until they clear). Final payment including shipping charges is required at the time of shipping.
NOTE: Product will not ship until final payment is made.
What are Overs and Unders?
In the CD/DVD duplication/printing industry, an order may run over or under by a small percentage. Typically this is plus/minus 5-10%. We strive to achieve exact numbers and often do, but sometimes the print/duplication process can generate a couple pieces more or less.
How do I get started?
Basically, we need 3 things to get started: (1) your master CD (2) your final artwork and (3) payment information. When you have these items, contact us and we will help you get the process started.
How much is shipping?
We will be happy to estimate shipping for you – naturally, the exact answer to this question depends upon the size of your order, where you live, and how you want your order shipped. We ship all orders by UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping options are available.
As a courtesy, we can ship by FedEx if you provide a current FedEx account number. Please note: the FedEx drop-off location has an earlier cut off time and the shipment may not be processed until the next business day. We can also ship via USPS or ship using a label you send us. However, there will be a $5 handling charge (per box) to cover the cost of delivery to drop-off and cost of boxes for shipment. Mostly all our shipped orders are double-boxed to minimize damages to product during shipment.

Are there any hidden costs in my NMS order?
No way, no how! What we quote you is what you will pay, assuming there are no changes to your artwork, master, or your order (*please see “Overs and Unders” above). If you live in Virginia, we will have to add sales tax UNLESS you have a tax-exempt form on file with us. As above, shipping is always extra but we will be happy to estimate it for you.
